Who we are

Favimar is grounded in more than four decades of hands-on leadership in complex, safety-critical industrial environments — running operations and turnarounds, working alongside unionized workforces, and leading global teams — followed by a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. That order matters: the experience came first, and the research must prove itself against it. Favimar works with organizations to improve the systems that shape behavior, decision-making, and performance where it matters most: on the shop floor and in the leadership chair.
